Competitive gymnastics is a sport that requires a combination of strength, flexibility, balance, and grace. Gymnasts compete in different events, including the vault, bars, beam, and floor exercise, where they perform a variety of acrobatic moves and routines.
Competitive gymnastics demands discipline, dedication, and training to perfect the required skills and techniques. The sport is known for its intense competition and the incredible athleticism displayed by the gymnasts. Competitors are encourage to have fun and enjoy the experience and be the best they can be instead of Competitors strive to achieve the highest scores and rankings at local, national, and international levels, making it a thrilling and exciting sport to watch and participate in.
BK’s All Star Academy offers the highest quality competitive artistic gymnastics training that will set your child up for success and assist them to reach their goals. Our competitive stream provides gymnasts with a progressive pathway through the National Levels Program (levels 1 – 10). Competitive gymnasts will learn skills and routines on the apparatus* and will have the potential to compete at in-house, local, state and national competitions.
Our WAG Program is made up of three streams: development, junior and senior.
*Men’s apparatus: vault, high bar, pommel, rings, parallel bars and floor; Women’s apparatus : vault, bars, beam and floor
