Enrolment FAQs

Can my child do a trial?
We offer all new families a 14-day money back guarantee so your child/ren can try gymnastics with confidence. Simply notify the centre within the first 14 days of starting and we will refund the enrolment fee.

What happens if I go on holiday or my child is sick?
We offer free make-up classes because we know life happens. Make-up classes are available to all current recreational gymnastics students who are unable to attend their regular class.

Is there a cancellation fee?
No, we do not charge a cancellation fee.

How much notice do I need to give to cancel?
You can choose to cancel anytime by providing 14 days’ notice. If you would like to cancel, simply contact your BK’s centre to access the request to cancel form.

Do we need a uniform and how much does it cost?
There is no uniform but to make your life easier, we give every new child a free BK’s t-shirt they can wear to their gymnastics class each week.
